📋 Description

• Generation of insights and data analysis: extract, mine, and process large volumes of information to produce reports, studies and analyses that support business decision-making. • Continuous improvement and operational efficiency: map, propose and lead data-driven optimization projects and AI-based solutions aimed at improving processes and reducing time spent on operational tasks. • Adoption of artificial intelligence: use generative AI and language models to automate workflows, speed up analytical diagnostics and increase the team's daily productivity. • Building dashboards: develop, automate and ensure the maintenance of clear, intuitive and actionable visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio. • Monitoring KPIs: assist in structuring and controlling the area’s main metrics. • Strategic partnership and projects: act consultatively as a business partner, engaging with cross-functional teams to design and implement analytical solutions. • Technical support and sustainment: serve as the team’s technical focal point to identify, investigate and mitigate inconsistencies in databases, ensuring the integrity and reliability of corporate data.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field. • Advanced knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and Python for analysis and automation. • Experience with cloud databases, working with the GCP ecosystem (including BigQuery) or Amazon (AWS). • Solid experience creating dashboards and reports in Looker Studio. • Ability to translate business needs into data solutions. • Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. • Plus: Google Sheets with a focus on automation and integration within the Google ecosystem (Drive, BigQuery, Apps Script). • Plus: Development of low-code applications with Google AppSheet. • Plus: Use of generative AI for productivity, familiarity with AI APIs and data-driven solutions.
