📋 Description

• Generation of Insights and Data Analysis: Extract, mine and process large volumes of information to produce reports, studies, and analyses that support business decision-making. • Continuous Improvement and Operational Efficiency: Map, propose and lead optimization projects based on data and AI solutions with the aim of improving processes and reducing time spent on operational tasks. • Adoption of Artificial Intelligence: Employ Generative AI and language models to automate workflows, speed up analytical diagnostics and raise the team’s daily productivity. • Dashboard and Visualization Development: Develop, automate and ensure the maintenance of clear, intuitive and actionable visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio. • Monitoring of Metrics: Assist in structuring and controlling the area’s key metrics. • Strategic Partnership and Projects: Act consultatively as a business partner, collaborating with cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of analytical solutions. • Technical Support and Sustaining: Serve as the team’s technical focal point to identify, investigate and mitigate inconsistencies in databases, ensuring the integrity and reliability of corporate information.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or related areas. • Advanced knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and Python for analysis and automation. • Experience with cloud databases, working with the GCP ecosystem (including BigQuery) or Amazon (AWS). • Solid experience creating dashboards and reports in Looker Studio. • Ability to translate business needs into data solutions. • Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban. • Differential: Google Sheets with a focus on automation and integration with the Google ecosystem (Drive, BigQuery, Apps Script). • Differential: Low-code app development with Google AppSheet. • Differential: Use of Generative AI for productivity, familiarity with AI APIs and data-driven solutions.
