📋 Description

• Develop software solutions for complex problems using Java, aligned with the product’s overall architecture and ensuring ecosystem integrity • Perform evolutionary and corrective maintenance on legacy systems • Execute automated tests, including unit testing, TDD, and BDD • Ensure code quality and participate in code reviews • Configure, create, and monitor monitoring systems and alerts • Take ownership of failures within the team’s domain, suggest stability improvements based on operational data, and support the creation of post-mortems • Make realistic commitments and deliver value incrementally • Proactively resolve blockers and delays before escalation • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through clear, concise, audience-oriented communication • Help colleagues overcome obstacles and complete tasks • Manage your own Individual Development Plan (IDP), and seek and apply feedback • Share knowledge and support the development of junior software developers

🎯 Requirements

• Solid, proven experience with Java • Strong understanding of creating and consuming REST APIs and microservices • Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture and systems integration • Advanced debugging skills and experience analyzing code performance and SQL queries • Structured knowledge of version control (Git) and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines • Experience with high-volume environments and the ability to apply security best practices in day-to-day work • Ability to work with broad direction and a high degree of autonomy, along with excellent technical communication and argumentation skills • Strong alignment with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Preferred: experience with Python and/or Node.js development • Preferred: experience with enterprise monitoring tools such as New Relic and Grafana • Preferred: knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., Kafka) and integrations using the Apigee platform • Preferred: experience with serverless architectures and continuous deployment tools, especially Azure DevOps • Preferred: knowledge of cloud infrastructure environments (AWS or Azure) • Preferred: experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
