📋 Description

• Implement business processes on the MES platform for Production, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance • Define solutions aligned with MOM architecture and detail MES functional requirements • Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for standardization, OEE improvement, and synergies across lines • Integrate processes and data across MES, SAP S/4HANA, and industrial automation systems • Work across squads, value streams, and chapters, removing impediments and maintaining the product vision • Structure Industrial IT support and governance to ensure production continuity and data integrity • Detect and resolve operational bottlenecks and systemic MES failures • Create and execute test plans, ensuring traceability and compliance with industry standards • Mentor less experienced colleagues and drive the team’s technical growth • Promote continuous product improvement through feedback and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in developing, customizing, and configuring solutions on MES platforms • Proven hands-on experience integrating MES with SAP S/4HANA, including PP, MM, QM, and EWM • Strong knowledge of shop-floor operational workflows • Ability to design and model processes using BPMN • Participation in at least two complete MES implementation cycles, from requirements gathering and architecture through Go-Live and post-stabilization • Intermediate English proficiency • Availability for on-call rotations and production support in critical scenarios • Functional knowledge of SAP modules such as PP, PM, or QM is a plus • Experience integrating with industrial automation, sensors, scales, batch printers, conveyors, and PLCs is a plus • Experience in consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics manufacturing is a plus
