• In this position, you will act as the Product Manager for internal and third‑party tools used for talent attraction, selection and onboarding, serving as the strategic bridge between the People team’s needs and the capabilities of contracted platforms and internal products. • Strategic Vision (Platform Focus): Act not only as a recipient of requests but as a strategic partner to the People team, prompting discussions about the future of talent attraction and the organization, contributing to the definition of the long‑term vision and objectives for the Attraction and Onboarding journey, and taking into account the limitations and opportunities of the platforms in use. Additionally, focus on value generation by conducting discoveries, validating hypotheses and applying iterative approaches, promoting continuous experimentation and rapid learning to adjust and evolve the product based on user needs. • Identification of Problems/Pain Points and Opportunities: Lead the discovery of user pain points and opportunities (candidates, recruiters, BPs, leaders and new hires), proactively engaging stakeholders and collaborating with business, UX, development and data teams to understand and resolve user issues. Identify gaps between tool functionality and user needs, seeking solutions through customization, new integrations or complementary internal development. • Strategic Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Manage communication and alignment between stakeholders and vendors. Negotiate expectations, timelines and prioritization of enhancements and fixes to the platforms. Also, evolve ways of working by mapping opportunities for process improvements. • Roadmap and Backlog Management (Integration and Configuration Focus): Plan, update and prioritize the backlog focused on configuration, integration and optimization of platforms. Ensure the roadmap is aligned with business needs and the organization’s strategic objectives. Coordinate priority setting and the continual updating of the backlog, ensuring smooth workflow and on‑time delivery. • Application of Agile Methods (Process Focus): Implement and apply agile frameworks (such as Kanban) to optimize the use, integration and maintenance of third‑party tools and the internal processes that rely on them. • Communication, Negotiation and Influence: Act as a change agent within the People area, evangelizing stakeholders about a product mindset (testing, MVPs, hypothesis validation) and helping partner teams prioritize based on value and impact (outcomes) rather than delivery volume (outputs). Be able to say “no” with well‑founded reasoning and negotiate alternative solutions that deliver more value with less development effort.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital product management as a Product Manager. • Experience with experimentation, hypothesis validation and data monitoring to support decision‑making. • Ability to combine quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform decisions (data‑informed). • Proven experience managing and implementing third‑party platforms and tools (B2B SaaS). • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Clear and objective communication skills, both written and in presentations. • Strong planning and organizational skills, able to flag blockers and unforeseen scenarios at any stage of the product lifecycle. • Comfortable working in a dynamic, transforming environment. • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Previous experience with digital products for the People area (People Tech), preferably in Attraction, Recruitment and Selection or Onboarding. • Deep knowledge and experience in Vendor Management, third‑party platforms and Contracts (SLAs). • English fluency for communication with international vendors. • Be an effective facilitator in negotiations between stakeholders and vendors, managing conflicts constructively and assertively. • Knowledge of data analysis tools and performance metrics (People Analytics). • Experience with the OKR cycle.
