📋 Description

• Lead governance for projects focused on operational efficiency and the evolution of the Sales Force journeys for the Store Channel, from mapping pain points to monitoring action plans and results • Map operational processes and journeys, identifying improvement opportunities, root causes, bottlenecks and ways to reduce complexity • Structure, prioritize and monitor action plans with partner areas, ensuring clarity on owners, deadlines, deliverables and next steps • Mobilize and coordinate different stakeholders, connecting business areas, Sales Force, Communications, Brand Experience and Technology • Lead governance rituals, tracking the progress of initiatives and ensuring strategic directives are translated into concrete actions • Convert analyses, insights and project status updates into executive materials to support leadership decision-making • Work in partnership with Technology on the evolution of the App Rotinas GB, connecting business needs to improvement opportunities in the digital products used by the Sales Force • Track operational efficiency indicators and initiative results, such as reductions in time, support tickets and journey complexity • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and proactively drive problem resolution • Ensure alignment and progress of initiatives with the involved areas, maintaining an integrated view of Store Channel journeys

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project management and/or governance, process improvement or operational efficiency • Experience in retail, preferably with exposure to the Store Channel or Sales Force operations • Experience leading projects involving multiple areas and stakeholders • Ability to structure problems, identify root causes, propose solutions and drive action plans • Clear communication and ability to engage with different audiences and seniority levels • Hands-on, organized, proactive and execution-oriented profile • Strong analytical skills for tracking indicators, identifying opportunities and measuring results • Ability to prepare presentations and executive materials for monitoring and decision-making • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and presentation tools • Nice to have: experience with digital products, process transformation or interfacing with Technology
