📋 Description

• Design, monitor, and maintain analytical products, dashboards, and diagnostics focused on data solutions for the People Vice Presidency. • Translate complex analyses and data into strategic presentations, reports, and decks for peers, leaders, and executives. • Ensure the execution and close monitoring of tests and pilots conducted by advanced teams, tracking metrics and training those responsible for execution. • Act as a connector across different departments, maintaining strong relationships with peers, recruiters, and leaders to enable delivery. • Independently explore new technologies, automation tools, and Artificial Intelligence to optimize internal processes and generate data-driven insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Curiosity and Analytical Aptitude: An investigative mindset and genuine eagerness to independently learn about and test new technologies, including vibe coding, automation, and AI integrations. • Practical Data Familiarity: Experience building data solutions, reports, or simple automations, such as using GCP, AppSheet, databases and integrations, and low-code/no-code tools. • Strong Alliance-Building Agility: Excellent stakeholder management, organizational savvy, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate effectively among peers and executives. • Business Acumen: Ability to connect quantitative analyses with the business context and strategic needs. • Previous experience in analytical or intelligence functions, such as BI, Planning, Performance, Finance, or Credit—preferred. • Experience testing and piloting Generative AI applications for data analysis and process improvement—preferred.
