📋 Description
• Design System Evolution: Actively contribute to building, maintaining, and governing the corporate Design System by developing reusable, scalable, and accessible components to unify the engineering and design experience across squads. • Technical Leadership and Standards: Contribute proactively to the development of new applications, techniques, and coding standards, fostering the creation of guidelines and best practices. • Solving Complex Problems: Develop creative solutions for challenges that require innovation, ensuring that deliveries are aligned with the area’s strategic objectives. • Quality Culture: Raise the level of code reviews, follow defined standards, and seek external references for continuous improvement. • Operational Excellence (Troubleshooting): Assist in resolving critical incidents, provide technical support to other developers, drive monitoring efforts, and promote a post‑mortem culture. • Project and Value Management: Review epics and projects to ensure incremental value deliveries. • Institutional Representation: Act as the technical point of contact for projects and contracts, interacting with external partners and coordinating requests between organizations when necessary.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong Fundamentals: Proficiency in semantic HTML5 and native CSS3. • Design Systems Experience: Experience developing and maintaining scalable component libraries and Design System architecture. • Design Patterns and Clean Architecture: Mastery of design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code practices to ensure a readable, testable, and maintainable codebase. • Mobile Ecosystem: Experience with React Native; knowledge of Flutter and Dart is a plus. • Web Ecosystem: Advanced experience with TypeScript and ReactJS. • Testing Culture: Experience writing unit tests for components (Jest, Vitest, or similar). • Design Tokens and Theming: Strategic implementation of token architecture (Design Tokens) integrated with design tools (Figma). • Architecture: Knowledge of building components that are agnostic to business rules. • DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD workflows. • Accessibility: Knowledge of and ability to apply WCAG AA guidelines.
