📋 Description

• Lead the corporate AI strategy for employees, ensuring the tactical roll-out of that vision and maintaining continuous, seamless coordination with technology and HR leaders to align expectations and mobilize necessary resources to deliver results. • Lead the management of the portfolio of AI solutions for employees, ensuring an ecosystem that enables decentralized use of AI and analytically calibrating investment decisions. • Drive cultural change alongside the People team with data-driven adoption plans that go beyond technical training. • Actively participate in AI governance forums with Information Security and Data Privacy teams. • Proactively manage relationships with key vendors, ensuring strategic alignment and co-creating the roadmap to support the transformation. • Create an environment that fosters the development of high-performance talent; responsible for performance management, ensuring agile day-to-day execution, and implementing routines that enable team autonomy and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English • Proven experience leading products, projects, or innovation and digital transformation initiatives. • Strong strategic and business acumen, able to connect technology to operational and financial impact. • Ability to build relationships and form alliances with an executive profile, navigating smoothly across different areas and organizational levels. • Strong analytical thinking for tracking adoption, performance, and platform cost-management metrics. • Appetite for innovation and continuous curation of market trends in Artificial Intelligence and productivity. • Communication that connects and inspires: ability to simplify complex concepts, engage teams, and present progress in executive forums. • Capacity to operate in uncertain environments: resilience and agility to test, adjust, and structure paths in a constantly evolving context.
