📋 Description

• End-to-end management of high-volume roles across the Retail VP channels. • Support in executing projects related to Talent Acquisition. • Keen market awareness, bringing knowledge of talent pools and market trends. • Candidate outreach and interviews: the mission is to find the best professionals who fit our culture, placing the right person in the right role. • Data and dashboard analysis, generating actionable insights about positions and business areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent). • Experience in recruitment and selection. • Experience managing end-to-end high-volume hiring; experience in retail related to our segment is a plus. • Proactivity and autonomy to execute and drive an excellent selection process. • Must reside in Curitiba or Espírito Santo for possible in-person selection processes.
