📋 Description

• End-to-end management of high-volume positions for the Retail VP channels. • Support in the execution of projects related to Talent Attraction. • Monitor the market and provide insights on talent pools and trends. • Candidate outreach and interviews: the mission is to find the best professionals who fit our culture, placing the right person in the right role. • Data and dashboard analysis, generating relevant insights about positions and areas of operation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree. • Experience with recruitment and selection for retail positions. • Experience managing end-to-end high-volume hiring processes. • Self-driven and autonomous, with initiative to execute and lead effective recruitment processes. • Based in Curitiba for occasional in-person selection processes.
