📋 Description

• Actively work on tax planning focused on indirect taxes, with a strong emphasis on ICMS and ICMS-ST (substitution regime). • Assess tax impact scenarios and translate those scenarios into practical effects on the company P&L, supporting leadership decision-making. • Closely monitor developments in the Tax Reform, anticipate impacts, and design transition strategies. • Collaborate cross-functionally with different business areas, translating complex tax technicalities into clear, accessible communication for other teams. • Map and implement process improvements, using technological tools and new working methodologies to achieve efficiency gains.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields. • Solid experience in indirect taxation. • Strong technical expertise in ICMS, ICMS-ST and special tax regimes. • Business-oriented mindset and ability to connect the tax function to financial results (P&L). • Enthusiastic about digital transformation, quick to learn new technological tools and open to integrating new forms of automation and intelligence into daily operations. • Proactive and innovative attitude: a restless professional who constantly seeks to do better and is not afraid to test new approaches. • Excellent communication skills and a highly collaborative profile.
