📋 Description

• People management: Mentoring, providing feedback, setting goals and monitoring team performance. This includes recruiting, training and developing technology professionals. The focus is on creating a collaborative and productive environment. • Delivery management: Planning, execution and monitoring of software, infrastructure or other technology-related deliveries. Involves defining scope, schedules, budgets and managing risks. Agile methodologies (such as Scrum or Kanban) are used. • Communication and collaboration: Ongoing interaction with various areas of the company (operations), as well as external stakeholders (vendors, partners). Communicating plan progress, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment are crucial tasks. • Strategy and architecture definition: Participation in defining the area's technology strategy and system architecture, seeking innovative and scalable solutions that meet business needs. • Decision-making: Data analysis, risk evaluation and making strategic technology decisions considering technical, business and financial aspects. • Performance monitoring: Tracking system and team performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. • Pursuit of innovation: Staying up to date with new technologies and market trends, evaluating their applicability to Grupo Boticário's business.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have prior experience leading development teams for digital products; • Strong prior experience with software development in distributed architectures (microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven systems); • Experience in developing and managing the career growth of software developers; • Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); • Experience with the development lifecycle and evolution of digital products; • Experience in process and service improvement; • Knowledge of software development best practices; • Knowledge of facilitation techniques and problem-solving methods; • Ability to conduct root cause analysis with development teams and Tech Leads; • Critical perspective regarding performance and security; • Data-driven mindset, helping the team recognize the need for improvements and the impact of changes; • Comfortable working in a dynamic and transforming environment; • Experience in developing cross-platform mobile products.
