📋 Description

• You will work in the Purchasing Squad, which is at the heart of this journey, ensuring the entire shopping cart to checkout experience. • People Management (Established Leadership): Develop and support the career of software developers through mentoring, feedback and goal-setting. • Communication and Partnerships: Constant interaction and interface management with the Platform squad, Product Managers (ensuring regular 1:1 meetings) and other areas. • Strategy and Architecture Definition: Support the definition of the technology strategy and system architecture (React, Flutter, Node), seeking scalable solutions that satisfy the long-term vision for multi-country products. • Decision Making: Data analysis, risk assessment and strategic decision-making related to technology. • Product Lifecycle: Oversee the development cycle and evolution of the reseller's digital products (App and Portal). • Agile Delivery Management: Act as flow manager, monitor agility metrics to drive continuous improvement with a focus on reducing Lead Time and Cycle Time, increasing throughput and improving squad quality. • Engineering Metrics Monitoring: Track engineering metrics for the team such as infrastructure costs, information security vulnerabilities, incidents per deploy, creating action plans when necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience leading development teams for digital products is essential; • Proven experience in developing and supporting the career growth of software developers is essential; • Experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is essential; • Experience with the development lifecycle and evolution of digital products; • Experience with process and service improvement; • Knowledge of software development best practices; • Knowledge of facilitation techniques and problem-solving methods; • Ability to conduct root cause analysis with development teams and Tech Leads; • A critical viewpoint regarding performance and security; • Data-driven mindset, helping the team recognize the need for improvement and the impacts of changes; • Comfortable working in a dynamic, transforming environment; • Experience with digital channel teams such as portals and mobile apps.
