• Deep knowledge of building data platforms and data products. • Prior experience as a Data Product Manager or Technical Product Manager, with experience reporting to executives and contributing to digital product strategy. • Hands-on experience defining, tracking, and analyzing product metrics (KPIs, OKRs, North Star Metric) and traffic/behavior metrics to guide decision-making. • Experience with visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Google Looker/Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI). • Practical knowledge in designing experiments for hypothesis validation. • Ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences (C-level, designers, engineers) and influence decisions.
