📋 Description

• Perform technical utilization review • Communicate observations, conclusions, and recommendations in writing after reviewing medical authorization requests • Issue technical opinions within the scope of expertise • Report evidence of potential ethical violations to the Medical Coordination team • Request reports from the audited party when necessary • Act impartially when issuing reports and technical opinions • Stay up to date on the latest medical practices, clinical guidelines, and regulations related to health plans • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of medical information, complying with the company’s and client insurers’ LGPD requirements throughout the audit process

🎯 Requirements

• Completed medical degree • Postgraduate specialization in Neurology • Active and regular registration with the Regional Council of Medicine (CRM) • Experience in prospective auditing • Specialization in Neurology or Neurosurgery • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ethics statement • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams • Experience with a health insurance provider • Postgraduate specialization in auditing or related fields • Familiarity with ANS regulations, technical opinions, and health plan policies • Technical reading proficiency in English
