📋 Description

• Develop and maintain backend APIs and services in Java and Python, ensuring performance and scalability for CRM, billing, customer support bots, and a self-service portal; • Build integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring correct communication and operation between services and applications; • Implement automated tests and conduct code reviews to ensure quality; • Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams to deliver consistent, scalable releases; • Apply best practices for version control, documentation, and CI/CD pipelines; • Support junior developers in day-to-day activities, sharing development best practices; • Contribute suggestions to improve the microservices architecture and backend solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field; • Strong programming experience with Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python (Flask); • Experience with REST APIs and integration with external services; • Hands-on experience with microservices, including deployment and event integration; • Practical experience with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and/or Python packaging (pip, Poetry, virtualenv); • Solid experience using Git and code versioning; • Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling and query optimization; • Knowledge of cloud computing (preferably GCP); • Familiarity with Docker; • Experience with caching and messaging systems: Redis (cache and Streams/PubSub), RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Google Cloud Pub/Sub, including publish/subscribe patterns and asynchronous processing.
