📋 Description

• Handle customer service inquiries and negotiate with customers by phone and WhatsApp (outbound and inbound) • Consult and manage leads • Prospect for new customers • Register new subscriptions and apply benefits and discounts in the system • Use Excel to update and organize sales information

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Persuasive, resilient profile with a strong focus on targets • Organization and attention to detail • Basic knowledge of Excel • Experience in call center sales • Reside in Porto Alegre and/or the metropolitan region • Experience selling newspapers is a plus
