• Receive, verify, and enter orders into the system • Handle order inquiries for internal and external customers • Approve new customer creation in Salesforce • Initiate the rush order process • Handle incoming phone calls • Assist in communication and resolution of complaints from internal and external customers • Document received orders and customer amendments from internal/external clients by attaching them to the system • Process and track return orders and credit notes • Follow processes established by management for the department • Document and keep customer records and departmental files up to date • Understand and contribute to departmental KPIs • Approve customer registrations and ensure customer data is always kept up to date • Collaborate with all departments to meet company deadlines and policies • Attend meetings as assigned by management • Cover colleagues' duties during vacations and absences as needed • Provide guidance and routing for initial customer contacts, documenting them in the system and directing them to the Sales team • Assist communication between the salesperson and other areas of the company.
• Experience in industrial customer service • SAP (preferred)
