📋 Description

• You ensure smooth and correct operations across your region and guarantee compliance with our quality standards • You assume cost, revenue and overall P&L responsibility for your locations and manage them using relevant performance indicators (KPIs) • You implement company objectives at a regional level and use operational insights to drive the effective development of Frittenwerk • You lead and coach your Area Managers and restaurant management both professionally and disciplinarily, supporting them with staff scheduling and performance evaluations • You promote constructive information exchange between the restaurants, headquarters and external partners and service providers • You use modern reporting tools (Power BI) for analysis and report your results directly to our COO

🎯 Requirements

• You bring more than five years of solid professional and leadership experience, ideally in chain restaurants, hotels or the food retail sector • You have completed vocational training in (system) gastronomy and ideally further education in business administration, e.g. as a certified specialist, business economist or in hospitality management • You are an expert in KPI analysis, budget planning and process management • You think analytically, act pragmatically and make sound decisions even under time pressure • You demonstrate the ability to motivate others, show empathy and assertiveness, and are highly self-organized • You enjoy being on the road within your region and are willing to travel at least 70% of the time
