📋 Description
• Lead the AI/ML roadmap supporting strategic programs such as Copilot, Data Platform, and process automation. • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and predictive solutions in Azure/AWS environments. • Establish MLOps practices for model lifecycle management and monitoring. • Partner with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to translate use cases into AI solutions. • Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Generative AI) to enhance productivity and insight generation. • Mentor junior team members and promote a data-driven culture across functions.
🎯 Requirements
• A Bachelor’s or Master's in one of: Computer Science or Related field. • 8+ years in AI/ML or Data Science, with proven experience delivering production models. • Strong hands-on expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, SQL, and cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker). • Deep understanding of data architecture, pipelines, and governance. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to engage technical and business audiences. • Preferred: experience in life sciences, biotech, or healthcare analytics
