📋 Description

• Ensure the availability and optimal performance of system and network services • Diagnose and troubleshoot wireless network devices such as access points and switches • Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure to maintain availability and reliability • Analyze platform behavior and recommend system and infrastructure improvements • Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, TCP/IP, PPP, Ethernet, FTP, DHCP, OSPF, VLAN, VTP, BGP, EIGRP, ACL, VoIP, firewalls, LAN, and WAN • Manage IP addresses and resolve tickets within established SLAs • Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS • Provide technical support for 4G/5G LTE and wireless technologies • Develop and maintain technical documentation • Create and oversee implementation of internal and external policies • Lead and participate in technical sessions, coordinate multi-organizational projects, and manage technical implementation or troubleshooting discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Good understanding of networks, including routing, switching, LAN/WAN, VLAN, BGP, security, and system performance management • Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira JSM, Microsoft Platform, Slack, and Nagios Monitoring tool • Strong technical support and communication skills • Basic knowledge of Networking, Servers, LAN, WAN, and Wireless Networks • Freshers or 1–2 years of relevant experience • Routing, Switching, Firewall, Networking, Security Monitoring, and Internet knowledge • Commitment to 24×7 rotational shifts, including nights and weekends • Education: BE/B.Tech, MCA, or a Master's degree • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills • CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE certification is an advantage
