📋 Description

• Technical ownership of complex, multi-site customer networks • Network architecture design, optimization, and lifecycle planning • Advanced troubleshooting across routing, switching, firewall, and WAN technologies • Leadership on network refreshes, migrations, and security initiatives • Direct client interaction as a senior technical authority • Client-facing responsibilities • Participation in scheduled after-hours maintenance • Be able to work after US EST work hours as needed to perform configuration upgrades, provide remote support, and other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Cisco CCNP (Enterprise or Security) – Required • 6+ years hands-on Cisco networking experience in production environments • Expert-level understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and WAN technologies • Advanced experience with Cisco CLI across routers, switches, and firewalls • Cisco SD-WAN, capabilities for troubleshooting & policy creating • Cisco ISE, capabilities for design, implementation, troubleshooting & policy creating • Checkpoint firewall management • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues independently.
