📋 Description

• Actively moderate and manage conversations in Discord and Telegram to foster a welcoming and professional community. • Respond promptly to user questions, concerns, and feedback, ensuring accurate information is provided. • Create engaging posts, polls, and activities to boost community participation. • Learn from and be managed by the GRVT Customer Service team to understand common issues, product features, and solutions. • Align with the team to stay informed of updates and policies, ensuring consistent community communication. • Enforce community guidelines, removing spam, inappropriate content, and disruptive users as needed. • Monitor channels for feedback, reporting recurring issues to the relevant teams. • Understand GRVT’s escalation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). • Identify and escalate unresolved or critical issues to the appropriate channels via Slack. • Stay updated on GRVT’s product updates, campaigns, and events to inform and educate the community. • Share FAQs, guides, and educational resources within the community.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience moderating Discord and/or Telegram communities, preferably in the crypto or tech industry. • Familiarity with crypto trading, blockchain technology, and DeFi concepts is a plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism. • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. • Proficient in using Discord and Telegram tools (bots, moderation features, etc.). • Comfortable learning and explaining complex crypto concepts. • Flexibility to work across time zones, including evenings and weekends if needed. • Passionate about community building and the crypto industry. • Eager to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service and Marketing.
