• Dar seguimiento puntual, continuo y proactivo, a todos los mensajes de WhatsApp y correo electrónico. • Analista de documentación y bases de datos, además que colabore en diversas actividades, con un conjunto de habilidades técnicas y blandas muy específicas. • Horario lunes a viernes de 9 a 18 horas (1 hora de almuerzo)
• Alto nivel de organización y orden. • Capacidad para el seguimiento extremo y sentido de urgencia. • Experiencia mínima de 1-2 años en control documental, Onboarding de personal o proveedores, gestión administrativa operativa, CRM o en áreas de Soporte operativo. • Experiencia comprobable en gestión y documentación de bases de datos. • Experiencia en análisis de datos y generación de reportes. • Uso de WsApp y Gestión de Tickets. • Atención al detalle. • Confidencialidad y responsabilidad de la información. • Manejo de documentación multi-país o multi -cliente. • Conocimientos requeridos: Validación de documentación (vigencias, firmas, formatos); Excel Intermedio; Manejo de CRM y herramientas internas SGT o similares, Análisis de Datos; KPIs, Olas, SLAs, Planes de Acción. • Idiomas requeridos para este perfil: Portugués y Español (intermedio avanzado).
