📋 Description

• Crear y actualizar documentación de procesos. • Asignación, seguimiento y cierre de servicios de soporte técnico para diferentes clientes de GSB Solutions. • Acceder al sistema de gestión de tickets para la asignación de servicios. • Solicitar notificación al ingeniero en caso de que surja algún problema durante el servicio. • Registrar los servicios realizados en la base de datos correspondiente o sistemas de gestión de tickets.

🎯 Requirements

• Al menos seis meses de experiencia en IT o servicio al cliente • Trabajo en equipo • Responsable y organizado • Recursos e iniciativa • Habilidades de gestión del tiempo y capacidad para priorizar el trabajo • Atención al detalle y habilidades para resolver problemas • Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal en inglés
