📋 Description

• Lead consulting projects and one or more project workstreams • Manage internal and external stakeholders • Structure and manage the team's work end-to-end • Provide guidance and direction to consulting teams • Own and ensure the quality of deliverables • Balance hands-on execution, coordination, and stakeholder management

🎯 Requirements

• Up to 10 years of overall experience • At least 2 years of leadership experience • Experience leading one or more project/workstreams • Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders • Experience structuring and managing the team's work end-to-end • Ability to provide guidance and direction to consulting teams • Ownership and accountability for the quality of deliverables • Hands-on profile balancing execution, coordination, and stakeholder management • Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential; will be evaluated • Foreigners residing in Mexico must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC • Must be located in Mexico • Must have a visa to work in Mexico
