📋 Description

• Own and support SAP Security across production and non-production landscapes • Manage security controls, access governance, and issue resolution • Design and maintain complex authorization concepts, role architecture, composite/single roles, organizational levels, and access models • Manage Segregation of Duties, access risk analysis, periodic access reviews, audit requirements, and compliance controls • Support SAP GRC Access Control, including Access Risk Analysis, Access Request Management, Business Role Management, and Emergency Access Management/Firefighter • Support security for SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and HANA environments • Lead resolution of complex authorization and security issues through root-cause analysis and remediation • Define and enforce SAP Security standards, policies, procedures, and governance processes • Lead or coordinate SAP Security implementations, upgrades, migrations, role redesigns, and security remediation initiatives • Collaborate with Cybersecurity, GRC, Audit, Infrastructure, Functional, Business, and external vendor teams • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to SAP Security team members • Operate as a technical SME and escalation point for SAP Security

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and Authorization management in complex enterprise SAP environments • Strong experience owning and supporting SAP Security across Production and non-Production landscapes • Advanced knowledge of SAP roles, profiles, authorizations, and role design, including PFCG, SU01/SU10, SU53, SUIM, and authorization tracing • Proven experience designing and maintaining complex authorization concepts, including role architecture, composite/single roles, organizational levels, and access models • Strong experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD), access risk analysis, periodic access reviews, audit requirements, and compliance controls • Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control, including Access Risk Analysis, Access Request Management, Business Role Management, and Emergency Access Management/Firefighter • Experience supporting security for SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and HANA environments • Ability to lead resolution of complex authorization and security issues, including root-cause analysis and remediation • Experience defining and enforcing SAP Security standards, policies, procedures, and governance processes • Ability to lead or coordinate SAP Security projects, including implementations, upgrades, migrations, role redesigns, and security remediation initiatives • Experience working directly with Cybersecurity, GRC, Audit, Infrastructure, Functional, Business, and external vendors • Ability to provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to other SAP Security team members • Strong understanding of SAP security best practices, risk management, compliance, and privileged/emergency access controls • Strong communication skills and ability to operate as a technical SME / escalation point for SAP Security • Advanced conversational English and Spanish essential (will be evaluated) • Foreigners residing in Mexico must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC • Must be located in México • Must have a visa to work in Mexico
