📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end technical programs, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, priorities, and business outcomes. • Define program governance, KPIs, roadmaps, and executive reporting. • Identify risks, dependencies, and early warning signals to proactively prevent issues and drive continuous improvement. • Analyze enterprise data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational insights. • Design and maintain scalable data models in Microsoft Dataverse. • Develop Power BI dashboards and Power Apps solutions that improve visibility and automate business processes. • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a similar technical leadership role. • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power BI). • Experience managing cross-functional programs in Agile environments. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Knowledge of data governance, security, and process automation. • ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated). • If you are a foreigner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.
