• Assign products to suppliers and communicate confirm product availability, manage order assignments, and address any issues related to the assigned order • Ensure that orders are dispatched on time, track shipment • Provide timely updates to internal team regarding the status of the customers' orders • Address any concerns or issues related to order fulfillment

🎯 Requirements

• You have strong knowledge in Shopify • You have at least 1 year experience in the e-commerce industry, specifically in dropshipping business model • You have worked in the similar role before • You have previous experience in communicating and dealing with suppliers from China • You have used DSers and other order fulfillment tools in Shopify before
