• Work closely with Jamie Guthrie and Adela Smith • Advise on the development, structuring and financing of utility-scale renewables and infrastructure projects across Australia and internationally • Act for sponsors, financiers and government entities • Work on Australia’s most complex and high-profile transactions in energy transition • Collaborate with broader ER+I workstream partners across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth
• Between 2 - 5 years post-admission experience • Demonstrated experience in project and infrastructure finance • An interest in the energy transition and renewables sector, with a desire to develop deep sector expertise • Well-developed drafting and negotiation skills, with some experience supporting workstreams and managing aspects of client deliverables • An ability to engage effectively with clients by being responsive and delivering clear, practical advice • A collaborative and team-focused approach, with a willingness to learn from and support colleagues • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and contribute to effective problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
