📋 Description

• Provide high-quality service to clients by managing vehicle fleets in Sweden • Communicate via email and/or phone with workshops to resolve daily issues • Prepare quotes when necessary • Review and compare quotes from workshops • Check references and repair times using IT tools • Provide mechanical advice for inquiries • Indicate geographical locations of workshops to clients • Perform checks and record data in the vehicle database • Manage vehicle fleets according to manufacturer maintenance schedules • Use different manufacturers' programs and the company's software

🎯 Requirements

• Higher Vocational Training in Automotive or Intermediate Vocational Training in Automotive Electromechanics • At least 2 years of experience in the automotive sector • Advanced Swedish: C1/C2 level • Good knowledge of Office 365, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams
