📋 Description

• Setting, directing, and executing the strategy for global clients • Managing a sales quota and direct reports • Developing trust-based relationships with technology leaders • Leading account and territory strategy • Driving year-over-year growth and retention • Attracting and retaining top talent within the sales team • Becoming a trusted advisor for clients across their primary locations • Managing accounts to increase customer engagement and retention • Building competitive knowledge and maintaining forecast accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience • +10 years of sales experience • Track record of success in a quota-bearing consultative selling environment • Experience in high technology (services or software) sales • New trust-based relationships with C-Level and senior level clients • Proficient in global account planning, territory management, and developing solution/license architectures • Strong presentation skills • Bachelor's degree desired • Master's degree a plus
