📋 Description

• Create innovative and actionable insights for Gartner clients • Develop new insights through thought leadership • Deliver individualized advice to CHROs and senior HR leaders • Support sales efforts as the voice of the market • Build credibility as an industry expert and mentor junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience in HR functional and/or technology leadership roles • Profound understanding of CHRO challenges and familiarity with CHRO workflows • Experience in designing and implementing AI in HR strategies • Knowledge of the HR tech landscape, market dynamics, vendors, products, and emerging use cases related to AI • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within subject area • Willingness to travel up to 25%
