📋 Description

• Analyze and identify changing enterprise and workforce cost conditions (total rewards, compensation, and health and benefits), talent trends, and guide data gathering efforts to measure the effects • Forecast and model large scale cost initiatives such as changes in healthcare/benefits structures, compensation design and/or employee lifecycle programs • Pull together proprietary and publicly available data sets to derive new insights and offer compelling, actionable written guidance for CHROs • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing research positions about enterprise labor/talent costs and labor market trends • Engage with clients and prospects virtually or face-to-face and provide actionable advice on questions related to talent analytics and/or labor modeling • Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings • Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions and collaborate effectively with peers in the research community • Be a mentor and a coach by supporting more junior team members, as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience analyzing and identifying changing enterprise and workforce cost conditions (total rewards, compensation, and health and benefits) • Experience with forecast and model large scale cost initiatives such as changes in healthcare/benefits structures, compensation design and/or employee lifecycle programs • Analytical skills including applying conceptual models and recognizing patterns while drawing and defending conclusions • Strong knowledge of publicly available data sets that can be used to assess the hiring and labor market • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions • Demonstrated executive presence; can immediately establish credibility with C-level executives and additional stakeholders
