📋 Description

• Lead a team of project managers supporting CIO & AI Leader practice-wide projects • Meet with CIO-End User clients to discuss Gartner insights related to their mission critical priorities • Establish portfolio management capabilities, project management practices, and a cross-practice prioritization model for the CIO & AI Leader practice • Identify change stakeholders, assess change impact and readiness, develop change strategies, engage stakeholders and/or representatives • Uncover pain points and identify process improvements and/or develop new processes that support the CIO & AI Leader practice

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of demonstrated experience in leading delivery teams in support of complex business functions • 5+ years of analyst-like experience: client-facing content development and client interaction experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • Experience managing, developing, and growing a high-performing team (including project managers) in a large enterprise organization • Ability to diagnose the root cause of performance to maximize team outcomes • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines by prioritizing demands and coordinating multiple engagements • Ability to work across multiple time zones
