📋 Description

• Build and run CRM campaigns: onboarding, retention, and win-backs across email and in-app channels. • Design, run, and evaluate growth experiments, and act on the results quickly. • Set up, manage, and optimize our PPC campaigns (Google, Meta) hands-on, day to day. • Come up with campaign ideas, launch them, measure them, and kill or scale them based on data. • Use AI tooling as a daily part of your work. • 'Make the call', expressing our company preference for agency and action over excessive discussion, escalation, and delay.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in performance or growth marketing for a digital product, ideally subscription-based. • Proven CRM experience: email automation, onboarding and retention flows, segmentation, and lifecycle experiments. • Solid experience running PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta), comfortable managing accounts hands-on. • A data-driven mindset: you set up experiments properly, read the numbers honestly, and let results decide. • Experience with AI assistance. • Clear, professional English language communication skills (written and spoken). • An interest in poker or gaming is a nice bonus, not a requirement.
