📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions with clients on their technical requirements and business processes relating to the management of their financial instrument’s portfolio, including debt instruments, derivatives, and investments • Gather and intimately understand full requirements and document the scope of implementation • Articulate design rationale and functional strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing goal • Act as an SME for financial instruments and risk, and train both clients and internal parties on the module and on market best practice • Participate in building and implementation of the solution • Help support & troubleshoot delivered work throughout implementation • Ensure implementation proceeds on-specification and budget • Ensure client expectations are met / exceeded in terms of product set up and services delivered • Tier 2 support for any escalated client issues related to financial instruments • Provide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channels

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Treasury, Relationship Banking, or Fintech • Proven track record in project management and implementations – either on behalf of clients or as a business user • Thorough understanding of the market environment for financial instruments and the systems that support such activities • Adept with financial math • A good team player with ability to act on own initiative • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior managers in client based environments • Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve problems / issues • Able to multi-task, re-prioritize, and adapt to rapidly changing needs and fast paced environments • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills. • Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels
