• Lead cross-functional efforts to identify, prioritize, and execute strategies that enhance FP productivity • Collaborate with Practice Development leadership and key partners to drive execution • Support evolution of our Teaming Strategy • Serve as a key partner for FP-focused initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 10+ years experience • 5+ years of experience in financial services • Knowledge of Career Agency Distribution systems • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience leading Lean initiatives or cross-functional process improvement projects • Strong analytical skills • Certification in process improvement methodologies preferred but not required • Excellent communication and presentation skills
