• Telephonically address client concerns by conducting clinical intakes and referring clients to appropriate resources. • Ensure adherence to departmental protocols, best practices, and customer requirements. • Using critical thinking and problem-solving skills, quickly resolve issues and identify resources. • Educate client about resources, eligibility, and services with a positive and professional approach. • Maintain complete and accurate documentation of cases within proprietary database. • Maintain awareness of emerging behavioral health trends and best practices. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care and alignment with client-specific service expectations. • Other duties as assigned.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology required. • Exceptional communication skills, with strong focus on customer service • Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills. • Clinical assessment experience in mental health, chemical dependency, and crisis stabilization. • High-speed internet and a professional workspace that is free from distraction, disruption or outside noise. • Bilingual Spanish required.
