📋 Description

• Provide telephone and chat-based support by conducting in-depth clinical assessments and referring clients to appropriate resources • Conduct client assessments and apply coaching methodologies to develop personalized health and wellness strategies • Ensure adherence to departmental protocols, industry best practices, and specific client requirements • Provide services in a culturally competent, inclusive, and respectful manner • Exercise sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

🎯 Requirements

• A Master’s degree or an equivalent graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related behavioral health field • Professional working proficiency in English required and an additional language proficiency in Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, or Bengali is highly desirable • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and client information systems • Recognized credentials or certifications in health or wellness coaching are preferred • Work experience in multicultural or international environments is preferred
