📋 Description

• Provide telephone and chat-based support through in-depth clinical assessments and referrals to therapists, counselors, and relevant wellness resources • Conduct client assessments and use coaching methodologies to develop personalized health and wellness strategies • Follow departmental protocols, industry best practices, and client-specific requirements • Provide culturally competent, inclusive, and respectful services to diverse individuals • Assess situations, resolve concerns promptly, and facilitate appropriate support • Explain available resources, eligibility criteria, and program services to clients • Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and current records of all client interactions in the internal database • Stay informed about behavioral health trends, resources, and best practices • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and alignment with client expectations • Strictly adhere to medical confidentiality and applicable data protection regulations • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related behavioral health field, issued by a recognized institution • A recognized bachelor’s degree combined with relevant post-graduate experience may be considered equivalent where applicable professional regulations recognize it as the standard entry-level qualification • Meet all education and experience requirements for professional practice eligibility and/or required licensure or registration • Eligibility for professional practice and/or registration in the country of residence according to applicable regulations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client information systems • Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese • Ability to provide client-centered support using empathy, active listening, and coaching skills • Sound clinical judgment and ability to manage high-risk or crisis situations • Excellent communication skills and strong service orientation • Critical thinking and effective multitasking in fast-paced environments • Professionalism, integrity, and cultural sensitivity • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality • Responsiveness, dynamism, and a positive, professional attitude • Stable and reliable high-speed internet connection • Workspace free from distractions, interruptions, or noise • Ability to appear on camera during training sessions, meetings, and/or work-related events • Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer • Recognized health or wellness coaching credentials or certifications preferred • Work experience in multicultural or international environments preferred
