📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of modeling and simulation solutions • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and operational excellence • Develop an implementation plan to close process gaps for various manufacturing processes • Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, engineers, data scientists, and other developers to deliver tools and strategies for optimizing industrial processes • Understand industrial manufacturing processes at the value stream level, process constraints, and strategies to mitigate

🎯 Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Secret Federal or DoD security clearance • Bachelor’s degree • TEN (10) years of experience related to Industrial Engineering or general engineering discipline • Experience with value stream mapping of manufacturing processes • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Experience with analysis of current and future state of industrial manufacturing processes and developing plan for closing gaps • Knowledge of discrete event simulation and supporting software (Simio, Arena, FlexSim, etc.)
