• As a Sales Solution Engineer within the Microsoft Business Applications (Biz Apps) practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for clients by architecting and evangelizing scalable solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client pain points and business goals. • Design and present tailored demos, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept using Microsoft Biz Apps. • Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Customer Success teams to qualify deals and secure technical wins. • Support the practice leadership team to develop Sales strategies for growing the practice • Evangelize the value of Microsoft Biz Apps across industries including public sector, healthcare, and financial services. • Support RFP responses, solution envisioning, and proposal development. • Own the solution architecture and ensure alignment with Microsoft’s best practices. • Lead workshops and technical deep dives on Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.), Power Platform, and Azure integrations. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives. • Engage with Microsoft and partner ecosystems for co-sell and implementation strategies. • Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure seamless hand-off and execution of solutions.
• Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of experience in pre-sales engineering or solution architecture within Microsoft Biz Apps. • Minimum Degree requirement: US equivalent Bachelor's Degree • US Citizenship required for federal engagements; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. • Deep expertise in Microsoft Business Applications. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
