📋 Description

• Partner with agency stakeholders to gather requirements and define analytics and reporting needs • Assess and prepare data from multiple systems for analytics and reporting use cases • Design and develop operational and decision-support dashboards that drive action • Translate program workflows and policy into clear metrics, KPIs, and reporting logic • Build and publish user-centered data products that are accessible and meaningful to business users • Advise stakeholders on opportunities to expand the role and impact of data across the agency • Collaborate across program, policy, and technical teams to align reporting with business priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university • Based on our contractual obligations, candidate must be located within the United States and US Citizen • Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal public trust • Prior experience in child welfare, human services, or related social programs (state agency, consulting, or nonprofit) • Minimum 3 + years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting • Proven experience developing dashboards (preferred: Power BI) • Experience with SQL and Python • Ability to prepare and execute data pipelines and integrations • Strong experience preparing, transforming, and structuring data for reporting and analytics • Experience with structured and unstructured data • Experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and design user-centered data products • Ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and visualization • Preference will be given to candidates living in and around Austin, TX, Atlanta, GA and Baton Rouge, LA
