📋 Description

• Oversee day to day client activities for multiple physician coding projects • Supervisors oversee teams of up to 15 coders at any given time • Supervisors are client facing and ensure project metrics and client satisfaction is met

🎯 Requirements

• CPC from AAPC • 3 or more years of experience supervising coding teams or 5+ years physician coding experience • Client facing and/or physician interaction and communications experience • Ability to multitask • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Must maintain certifications during employment
