📋 Description

• Prototype, validate, and deliver innovative Guidewire Cloud features in real-world customer environments • Work directly with customers to capture use cases, requirements and validate solutions • Take ownership across the full technology stack, including backend and frontend development • Provide feedback loops to Solution Architects and Product Development for continuous improvement • Serve as a trusted partner to customers during their transformation journey

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C insurance delivery • Hands-on full-stack development experience • modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and packaging • Strong communication and facilitation skills with both business and technical audiences • Experience translating requirements into actionable solution designs, and working software • Ability to balance consulting finesse with technical competency • Works effectively with limited guidance from others • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment
