📋 Description
• Design and oversee end-to-end technical architectures • Manage and ensure the seamless integration of multiple platforms, tools, and systems • Influence and lead development teams in writing, testing, and maintaining high-quality code • Develop long-term technology roadmaps, aligning technical solutions with business objectives • Produce comprehensive technical documentation, roadmaps, and architecture blueprints • Collaborate with C-level executives on strategic initiatives • Diagnose and resolve critical system issues and oversee system performance optimization
🎯 Requirements
• 8-10 years of experience in insurance or technology-related roles • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field • Guidewire Certifications • Relevant AWS and Java Certifications • Fluent business-level English; additional language skills highly valued
