📋 Description

• Utilize Guidewire standards to enable customer’s Data and Analytics initiatives • Work with customers, partners and Guidewire team members • Collaborate closely with teams located around the world • Define project scope, user stories, acceptance criteria and estimates • Enable offshore teams to deliver business requirements • Coordinate with the PMO for technical leadership • Participate in a hands-on technical capacity when needed • Deliver value to customer’s data journey • Improve internal processes and methodology • Participate in the creation of new tooling for project outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent level of demonstrable professional competency • 10+ years in delivery role • Proficiency in French and English (both written and spoken) • Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts • 10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing projects • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Proficiency in SQL, Data Modeling, ETL/ELT, data validation and reconciliation • Excellent problem-solving skills • 7+ years of experience in leading a team of Data Analysts and ETL / BI developers • Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills • Experience working with customer teams to understand business objectives • Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies and AI • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment • Ability to work independently and within a team • Nice to have: Deep understanding of the P&C insurance domain
