📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle • Define and drive the AI architecture that supports complex product requirements • Design and oversee the creation of high-fidelity AI prototypes • Set the standard for model tuning and evaluation frameworks • Partner with core engineering teams to build infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (MLOps) • Conduct deep research into emerging AI technologies • Mentor senior and mid-level engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and implementing ML/AI technologies at scale • Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) • Proven track record of building and deploying LLM-based applications • Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases • Advanced programming skills in Python • Familiarity with modern AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex) • Strong experience with cloud-scale infrastructure, preferably AWS • Solid understanding of MLOps best practices • Creative builder mindset • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders • Highly collaborative approach to cross-functional work
